Safety and compliance play an important role in ensuring that all the safety rules and regulations set by the Department of Transportation (US-DOT) and the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) are followed by the trucking companies.

Regular Customers

If you are one of our regular customers, we will send you a reminder for the due dates of the following:

  • CVOR/ NSC or US DOT Biennial Update
  • Vehicle Plates
  • Annual permits 7 authorities renewals
  • International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA)

Preferred Customers

If you are one of our Preferred customers

  • We handle all the operations from our office
  • Depending on the fleet size, you will be assigned one Safety & Compliance Senior Manager to cover all the safety & compliance operations.
  • We conduct a monthly mock audit by our senior manager to make sure everything is in compliance as per the ministry standard.
  • We have a dedicated team to monitor your e-logs and paper logs and audit them on a frequent basis.
  • If you have any sort of audit coming up, like MTO/DOT, insurance, etc., we will team up with you to cross the bridge together.
  • We will monitor your CVOR level ratings and FMCSA ratings on a regular basis in order to get updates on your current status with ministries.

Prime Customers

If you are one of our Prime customers

  • We handle all the operations from our office
  • Depending on the fleet size, one of our experienced Safety and Compliance Specialists will start the day from your home terminal to make sure the company is covered under safety & compliance.
  • You will be assigned one Safety & Compliance Senior Manager that will conduct a monthly mock audit to make sure everything is in compliance as per the ministry standard.
  • We have a dedicated team to monitor your e-logs and paper logs and audit them on a frequent basis.
  • If you have any sort of audit coming up, like MTO/DOT, insurance, etc., we will team up with you to cross the bridge together.
