Invoice Terms and Conditions

1. All invoices are due and payable on the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Late payments may be subject to a 10% late fee.
3. We accept payments via bank/wire transfer, email transfer, certified cheque, or credit card.
4. Bank charges or transaction fees related to the payment are the responsibility of the client.
5. Credit card payments are subject to an additional 4% charge.
6. In the event of non-payment or late payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until full payment is received. This may incur additional penalties, suspension of permits, or action by authorities from the ministry, which may further result in loss of work, for which we will not be responsible
7. Unpaid balances may be forwarded to a collection agency, and the client will be responsible for all associated collection costs.
8. If you believe there is an error on the invoice, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it to resolve the issue. Failure to notify us within this time frame will be considered an acceptance of the invoice’s accuracy.
9. The invoice reflects the products/services described in the associated agreement or purchase order. Any additional work or changes requested by the client may result in extra charges, which will be outlined in a separate invoice.
10. All applicable taxes and government fees will be added to the invoice as required by law.
11. In the event of an order cancellation, any payments made will be non-refundable. Refunds for services or products will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Aagum Trucking Experts’ discretion.
12. Any information shared during the business transaction shall be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of both parties.
13. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
14. By making a payment toward the invoice, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
15. Aagum Trucking Experts reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
